Just a heads up for anybody considering cruising with Royal Caribbean. Family members caught Covid in December while on Jewel of the Seas. Policy stated that we would be entitled to a 100% cruise refund, but then they changed it after the cruise to one day refund. I've been battling them for two months on this and they said today that they will not honour the refund and are allowed to change their policy whenever they like. So, they will not honour any policy and have the right to change policy at any time for any reason. You've been warned.
