Yep, I hit 45 days about a half hour ago. I can enter everything in, scan my vaccine cards, etc, but no check in time. Frustrating.

So, I'm a sick sick individual who just had to be the first to check in for my cruise. It opened up 18 minutes ago... I am able to put my check-in info in for all my party, but when I go to select arrival time, it says to check back closer to my cruise to select arrival time. Any idea when this opens up? Is it random, will I get an email, or is there a science to this. I really want to get the earliest time possible, so I don't want to miss the first chance to select a time... did I mention I am a sick individual?

I have a cruise coming up that I already purchased a meal and internet for. The meal reservation is showing up in my planner, but I can't see the invoice. I'm trying to figure out exactly what I paid for the internet package, so I can see if the latest deal is better or not. Any idea where I can find a list of past purchases? Thanks.

I'm getting ready for our first cruise in June. Check in is April 20th, and I want to be able to check in as soon as possible... Because I'm a nerd. Is there a way to upload travel/vaccine documents prior to check in date, so I don't have to spend time doing it when check in opens? I've looked on the app and website, but I haven't been able to find it. Thanks, all.

For surf and stream, I can save 50 bucks if I purchase for myself two devices rather than one device each for my wife and I. My question is, isthere any reason why I shouldn't just purchase two devices for myself and have them be my phone and my wife's phone? Thanks all.

It's not much of a sale, it's just a different way to push the same price. The difference between the last percent off sale and this buy one get one free was one dollar.

My family is going on our first cruise on June 4 (Symphony), and I am a planner. I want to be ready to check in right when I'm first able to, which is where my frustration lies. Almost every time I go into the app, our check in date changes. It has said April 16, April 15, and as of a moment ago, April 20th. Occasionally it even says that the check in is closed and we need to arrive 90 minutes before sailing. Is it normal for the date to keep changing, or am I looking in the wrong place (profile section of the app)? Thanks for helping this newbie out.

Thanks for the feedback. We made a reservation with Chac Ek. They had a lot of positive reviews, and they quickly confirmed that they would be able to get us there and back in time.

Ran into the same issue for our June 4 Symphony sailing. No MTD available when we booked last month with our TA. I'm guessing I'll just make a dash to the dinning room when we get on to try to get switched. Unless anyone has any super secret ways to do so.

First of all, I apologize if this is a dumb question. My family is taking our first cruise ever on June 4th on Symphony, and I am learning as I go. We booked our cruise today, and I saw there were only four spots left for the Dolphin Encounter via Royal Caribbean, so I grabbed 3 of them. My question now is, if we get done with that at 10:30, is it possible to make it over to Chacchoben, and if so, who would you all recommend as a company to get us there? It looks like round trip is four hours, so the math works, but math isn't everything. :) Thanks all!
