Here is the reason why i need a Official E-Mail adress of RC. A few Days ago a talked to RC in Germany because we booked a Transfer from London Gatwick to Southhampton Port. We arrive at 4th of June and go to the Ship 5th June. First they booked us a Transfer to the Ship. A few days ago, i called them, cause i wanted to know the arrival time at the ship, for online check in. Then they told me, the Transport to ship was Canceld. (They did not contact me) Then they said, "of course we can help you, we could pick you up in London and bring you to the ship." Now they gave me a link of extern Taxi services, that shall i book on my own. I already paid for the Shuttle, i get the Money back but i am so .... freaking out. (I know what most of you think, "use a Travel Agent", over here in Europe Travel Agents cost me a lot of Money, you pay a regular price plus their work money. Thanks for all of you for your help

Hi Virgique, it`s a little bit Tricky, i worked for a Security agnecy. Embarcation Day and Dieembarkation Day is Tricky. 1st Call up RC by Phone, tehy can tell you more, if they say no or they don`t know... 2nd go to the relations Desk onboard, most times they can help you more, then any person on the Hotline. Guest relations talk with the Security and then they will decide together, if it`s possible or not. And of Course on Guest relations you say "Venice is one of the Highlight spots and the Mainreason you booked this Cruise." Please forgive me if my English is to bad. Let me say this, Venice is going to build a own Cruise Ship Terminal outside the Bay in the Industial Harbour, i don`t know when it`s ready. I`m so sure even if you can`t to Venice, your Husband will bring you there sometimes. And let me tell this once again RC help Online have to answer you everything likes it`s in their policys, Guest relations has always more options. Have fun on your Cruise

Hi Jamie, here are some little rules if you go on your own. Never took the last Train. I always look for the way back by Taxi (How long does it takes by Taxi.) Just in case, if the Train doesn`t goes on time. Always have two plans, by Taxi, Bus, Train or Donkey. Going on your means a little more planing.

more than 2 hours are to long for a shuttle i think but i agree, if they call out Ravenna/ Venice, they should have a shuttle at least, if not they should just call out, Ravenna.

As far as i know, (i had the case once) yes there are waitlists. But there are just a few spots on the waitlist. On board of the Ship, i went to guest relations, they told me, i`ll be on the waitlist. I was not lucky. But, maybe you are Lucky.

No one talks about Special Shopping offers on Board of the Ships like 70% on watches, so crazy how does it work? Or even more Stupid, like... If you are Lucky there are some Free spots. Or go to Guest Service and they can put you on a list if someone canceld their Tour. Tell us here at this Forum, where do you go? Maybe someone here has a private Tour and maybe, only maybe will take you with. Or some poeple give you some advice for a Tour on your own.

They have a Airport shuttle, i always call RC and say i need a shuttle, i don`t know the Price. The time From Rome to Civitavecchia. On the Transport you some things like "Here we have the Beautiful Oleander", or "Here is the most cheapest Hotel" (A prison) some joles like that. But get there wtihin your Checkin time, it`s importent because Civitavechhia is an Industrail Harbor, there is Cafe or Restaurant to stay if you are to early or to late.

I have never been to Delos, Greece it it always a lot of stones. In greece most Boats are the same size as the Santa Maria, wich Columbus sailed on just a little smaller. Don`t be aware you will not be sailing, it`ll have a Motor. I have been on this Kind of ships before and was Sailing it by myself. Keep in mind every Dicision is on you. Atlantix2000 said it was really rough, i believe him, but normally the Meditarainien, in Summer is not very rough you never know. Maybe just pack some Medicine for the sickness. But anyway have Fun.

I would Agree and Disagree. North Star is a great attraction but i agree it don`t has to be on every Class of Ships. Same to BBars, it shows what is Possible. Some Poeple freaking out to see it, to me it`s "Ok, it`s nice." It`s not a must have, but i don`t need to have it on every Ship.

I would reommend a short Tour to Notre Dame de la Garde. It`s beatyful and you have a great view all over the City and Harbour. Later you can take a little walk byyourself along the Harbour of Marseille, from there you can see Notre Dame de la Garde again from far away. The shuttle will be very close to the Harbour. I hoped it helped a little bit. Have fun.

Hi i didn`t found a Topic that answers my question directly in the way i need to know. Muster Drill via app, ok that`s clear now... does every Passenger in a Cabin need to have the app to show at the Muster Station? For example, do my wife need the RC app by herself on her phone or is it enough if just one person has it? Embarkation. What happens if, you are 10 Minutes to late on your chack in Time? Do you really need to get back in Line until each and every person has checked in? I hope i didn`t wrote it to complicated. Thanks for reading and maybe answering.

Hi I just wanted to introduce myself. On my Profile Pic it`s me and my wife. We are so relaxed and easy and enjoy life in a good way. We are from Siwtzerland and i wonder if here are some more poeple from Europe, Seems like we have a lot of poeple from US here. Our first Cruiese was in 2013 our Honeymoon, on Celebrity Reflection sencond on Celebrity Silhouette. Our Travel Agent over here said Honeymoon on a ship is ok, but they Americans doesn`t really care about Honeymooners. Then we get on Board.... wrong... Travelagents over here are expensive and not worth the Money. Over here you get no better deal on with a Cruise Agent, so i book everythimgs by myself. Everything a Agent can do, i can do better. And it even feels better when you come home and your wife is telling you, "Who is a good boy? you are a good boy. Yes you are, you have been such a good boy, and you behaved so good." 2014 Silhouette (Celebrity those with the big white X) Funny Story. True Story we visited Venice for the first. 2014 you can go by ship through the Canale Grande to the Port. They told us, "get up at six o`clock and you can see how we drive "through" the City." But... we arrieved a little bit erlier. I get out of the shower. Wanted just to take i little look and what did i saw? We have been in the middle of Venice. Now the Funny thing. I was so excited, i step out to our Balcony ejoying the view, Our room was two or three decks down from the Bridge i looked up to the Bridge and some of them looked down to me. Then came a voice from behind, "get your cloth on." I swear i did not realized. Royal Caribbean: 2015 we have been on the Allure of the Seas, we invited my Perents to come with us on this Cruise. They don`t have much money ( We are not rich either), but i wanted them to see, how the life of her Son looks like i have three Sisters, my Perents always went on Holidays with us, so it was a little "Payback". My wife went on the Zip-Line, my Mother (73) went on the Zip-Line, i was so afraid... afraid of the heigt, of loosing control, of flying... But i did it. My Father asked me, "If you are afraid why are you doing this?" my answer, "Who knows if i can do it aver again, if i don`t do now." In December 2015 i got Epilepsie and i am not allowed to do this anymore. 2016 Brilliance of the Seas. We have been a little disapointed, just a little. Cruising on Allure and now on Brilliance, it`s normal beeing a little bit... less excited, but it stikk was a amazing Cruise. But we visited great spots like Venice. If you go to Venice in Summer and it is raining, wear flip flops. You will get wet shoes and feet anyway. 2017.... We moved to another House so...no Money 2018 We have bee invited to Turkey for Holidays, you can`t say no to Free Vacation. 2019 Oasis of the Seas. Oh yes Finally Cruising again. maybe everyone who Cruised 2019 maybe remembers the Birthday of RC? We where on the Main Dining Room, having a starter... Meal, Desert (we couldnt decide, so we took two each.) and after that... They brought us a Birthdaycake. The small once but,... we had two Deserts each. I have been at Private lesseons on the Flowrider. I was first timer. They said "hey cool, you are doing so well." They brought me some skill and stunts. One of the instructors said, "Hey man, cool lets do some together". So we ware Surfing together. I was so nervous, i didn`t want to make a mistake, so i fell down with the instructor rigth behind me and i smashed right of his board. Funny for everyone watching this. 2020 Covid.... Holiday with the Family of my wife, worst idea ever. 2021 June back and ready to cruise from Southhampton to the Cannaries. That was our Cruise Life. By the way we are 39 have no kids, but who cares about that?

Rome: I know some poeple are don`t agree with me. In Rome is everything so close. Closseum, Fontane di Trevi, Spanish stairs is easy to reach, just by walking a little bit. TIP: I you go into the Colesseum on your own. You have a small park nearby. It`s on the left when you`re standing in front of the Colloseum. The Tickets for the Colloseum are for this Park, too. Buy the ticket for both at the entrance of the Park and you can walk right through the Line at the Colosseum, you don`t have to wait in line. Secilia: Vine Tasting... Lunch.... Maybe it`s nothing for you. There is a difference between Traditional Silcian food and real Traditional Sicilian food. real Traditional Food starts at 20:00 O`clock. It starts with Antipasti, Parmesan, Parma Ham and ends mayb betwenn 0:00 and 1:00 in the morning and it ends with Vine. Three friends of me are from Siclia they all having Birthday at June. I`m always happy when June is over. Real Trditional is to much Vine, to much to eat.

I have been on the Alluere with my Parents some years ago. 3 of us took the Zip Line. (I was so afraid, realley freaking afraid, i`m afraid of hieght, of flying, of loosing control but it was soooo cool. Even my Mother did, at her age of 72.) I took private lessons on the Flow Rider, i was first timer and they taught me some tricks. It was cool it was Fun. Worth it. The shows are always amazing epecially in the Agua Theater. DON`T forget to Book the Shows, or else you have to wait and maybe, only maybe you can nocht watch the Show. (Tip, try to watch the show from from a different view from the upper deck. Not my first choice but... you will have a other side of view. Take a Picture with the Surf Boards in front of the stairs, where you go to the Flowrider, it`s a nice place for Photos and at Night it`s really empty. Food. Like Matt would say. Hibachi at Izumi. try it it`s absoloutly worth it. All Oasis Class ships are really about, Planning your Cruise, Shows, restaurants, excursions. It`s more fun to plan then standing in Lines. First happy to hear that i`m Sailing from Southhampton 5th of Lune, Anthem of the Seas as well. A Travelagent, especialy when your saying you don`t know anything about the requirements at UK, what documentation you need, i would say "Use a Travel Agent." I`m from Europe Switzerland, i don`t use one cause over here a Agent can cost a lot of Money and i`ve been to the UK (London) before. Do you need a Travelagent for a trip to London? No. You are starting from USA right? So i guess your Airport will be Heathrow. There are always enough Taxi to bring you to your Hotel or the the Center. At the Center of London, you have many Hop on Hop off Busses (If you don`t know them feel free to ask.) I have one example for a Tour i`m Planing for my Family From Buckingham Palace, you can go through St. James Park, it will be about 1.3 km until Westminster Abby, fromd there 200 meters away ist Big Ben, from there over London Bridge you go to the Eye of London (Big "Wheelthing") it`s 1.70 km from Big Ben and you have a very good view at Big Ben. Than you walk to Cleopetras Needle 800 meters(Obelisk from Egypt, just two in the World, one in London and one in NY City). Than again 1.65 km is Trafalgar Square. To go to Tower Bridge i would take one of those Hop on Hop off Busses. Feel free to ask any Question.
