We had the DBP on an upcoming Harmony cruise at $45/. Royal canceled our cruise for non payment. We have the email w/ payment and zero balance. They claim it is was an error on their end from a price adjustment. Once they canceled the cruise they also canceled our DBP and excursions. Once we got the cruise reinstated, they couldn't honor the original purchase price of the DBP. Been all over them, we got a minimal on board credit for out troubles.
