  1. I am very frustrated as I have not been able to get Royal to apply my stockholder benefit that I have requested for the past two months. Previously, the requests were processed in less than one week. Most recently, I just get the automated reply that my request will be processed in the order received and then nothing! I’m currently on the Brilliance and guest services couldn’t help nor could my TA. No phone number to call. Any suggestions?
