  1. No, nobody was able to help me, I talked to multiple people from RCL and was the same thing each time. Either they were confused and didn't know what I was asking or they told me we would have to resolve at guest services when I boarded the ship. Travel agent says they can't help either. Sorry
  2. Thanks for the replies but this is not the case. I've verified with my travel agent and multiple people at RCL. The travel agent booked us under a group ID that is now sold out of rooms so they cannot add anyone else under that group ID. I'm able to link them in the app but when we go to make reservations we get this message: "Because these guests have a different booking currency or group ID, they must make their own reservations." So just clarifying my question I was just wondering if anyone else has ever been in this same situation and how it worked out. Thanks
  3. A few of us booked Harmony with a travel agent for this summer and got a group rate. We had another couple book later cause they were still deciding and that group rate is no longer available. Now every reservation we make we cant add that couple because they are not part of our group. Both the travel agent and royal said there is nothing they can do about it but we can inquire with the host on the ship and they would possibly be able to accommodate. One big flaw here is that if we want to book 8 for specialty dining it will not let us. We can only book 6 and 2. Wondering if anyone else has had this happen and if it all went smoothly when boarding and speaking with guest services. Thanks
