I love all the planning that comes with a cruise; however, I have been holding back on our October 8th cruise just because everything is so up in the air. I did cancel and repurchase our UBP and saved over $212. We also got a great deal in November for our flights (1st class for $430 each round trip). I am more hopeful today as Kentucky is starting to open up stuff starting May 11th; however, time will tell...

It has been 165 days since our NCL Getaway cruise Our Adventure of the Seas is in 161 days. Hoping that we can go now that they have removed the health restrictions. Hubby is healthy and fit but has a stint and A-Fib so we were afraid they wouldn't let us get on. We are waiting until final payment to decide what we are going to do. Lots of praying and all fingers and toes crossed!

I wonder if they do that testing here as Hubby and I both had "something" (coughing for 2+ weeks and a one-day fever) back in February after we returned home for 7 days in Iceland. We both have wondered if we had a mild case of it.

Yes it is. I was getting ready for work when I heard it (listening and not watching) so I missing the part that the analyst was speculating. However, I'm sure that it will be a possibility. If not, they will have to drastically change how they do things for sure. My Grandson is getting married October 24th of this year and they planned to do a Disney World Honeymoon so this is why it catch my ear this morning in the first place.

Disney World announced yesterday that they will not be reopening until next year 2021. That makes me worry about cruises this fall. Our cruise is Oct 8th (New England-Canada) and we are now looking into cancelling or waiting it out to see if RCI will cancel. Hubby had a heart condition and we have decided that it is not worth the risk. I am hopeful to reschedule with FCC for next fall. This is so stressful trying to figure out the best way to go about this.

i just cancelled my UBP today and repurchased it for a savings of over $212. I figure it will take a week or two to get my refund credited back to AMEX.

Thanks for posting. I looked yesterday and the Drink pkg was still $55/day (and purchased it at $51/day); however, this morning it is $41/day day! I saved $212.40! That is a wonderful start to my day!!! Now, I just hope my October 8th New England cruise will still be happening.... 170 Days to go!

We are hopeful for our October 8th Adventure cruise up the New England coast and Canada. We are going with several friends that all live in different states so I really hope this is cleared up and we can all go! I too, love my balcony time the most I think. I love all the excitement leading up the the cruise; however, I'm afraid to get too excited just yet as it may not happen. And to top it all off - my oldest Grandson is getting married October 24th. I really hope the wedding will not have to be rescheduled! Lots to stress about right now ?

Oh I will "ouch too hard!" and then they get it right! I make sure before they start that I want a light touch. Only once did I have to call them out for being to rough.

I'm not a Louisvillian; however, I am from Elizabethtown just about 35 miles south of Louisville! We do the couples massage (usually Swedish) with a lighter pressure for me and Hubby gets deeper pressure.

I've used Mobile Passport in Atlanta and Chicago and definitely way faster for us!

Balcony for sure! We have only had an interior on our first cruise and it was so dark and we felt like we had to go out in the hall to change our minds ?. Anytime we are in our cabin then I will be on the balcony for a big chunk of it.

I like a lanyard also. I take magnet hooks and we hang them by the door so that we just grab them on our way out.

We just finished a NCL Getaway cruise the week before Thanksgiving. We had a Spa Mini Suite (big bathroom, balcony and access to the spa. The cabin was nice and we used the spa a lot. I loved the bathroom (big shower and double sinks). The food was good but they only have my time dining and I like having the same table and wait staff every night so I REALLY missed that!! I 100% prefer RCI! The shows and other entertainment was not up to RCI standards either. The only reason we did this NCL cruise was it was booked by other family members for a family cruise and it was only $1 deposit per person and third person free in same cabin.

WE used them for years and never had any problems putting them in our checked luggage.

We have used GO Shuttle several times just not there. I really like using them. We had several in our group to (8 people) with no issues.

We have never seen or heard any issues at the ports either.

Oh Wow! Thanks for the information. I will look more closely at this now. We land at 7:30 pm so we will be ready for dinner when we finally get to our hotel.

We have VPN on our phones (AT&T) and on our NCL last month, we had to turn off the VPN to get be able to use the WiFi. My phone handled this better than hubby's (He has the ProMax) and it was constantly trying to connect VPN even though we "tried" to turn it off. It was SO VERY Annoying!!!!

We hit Emerald last year from our Alaska cruise. I hope we get our pins come October on the Adventure! If not, then I will go in search of it at the Loyalty Desk!
