It has been my recent experience that the agents seem reluctant to reprice a cruise fare. I was told by 4 different agents we already had the best price and the" prices are always changing", They told me the price must have changed since I saw it on the RCL web site. So with the last agent I asked her to stay on the line while I priced the cruise which showed the same lower price that I was calling about. She escalated to Resolutions and was able to obtain the lower price. So be persistent.

We drove 9 hours to Cocoa Beach the day before a B2B cruise on Mariner of the Seas. We checked into our hotel, went to dinner, and enjoyed a beverage or two at the hotels evening reception. Finally in our room to relax, I took off my shoes and noticed I had on two different colored sneakers and one was a Sketchers and one was New Balance. They were the only shoes I brought besides flip flops! Luckily was able to get another pair that matched the next morning before boarding!
