  1. Basically, that is what guest services said to me but he said it was only the Main Dining room, not Coastal Kitchen???? I wish there was something in black and white. We are sailing in a suite on Wonder next year and I'd love to know the answer so I can budget accordingly.
  2. We sailed on HOS the beginning of March in a Grand Suite. We ate all (but one) of our dinners in Coastal Kitchen, every breakfast in CK, and if we ate lunch it was in the WJ. I prepaid all gratuities. The day before we were to disembark, I called down to guest services to see how the gratuities were split as we were trying to figure out how much more to tip our waiter in CK (we requested her for every meal). Guest services told me that my gratuities get divided between the MDR staff and that CK does not see that money. Now, he did have to put me on hold to ask someone else that question. But is this correct?? If so, what do other Suite Guests tip the CK staff? We tipped our concierges, our Hostess (who put us at the windows for every seating) the bartender and of course our wonderful waiter and an additional amount to our room attendant. I guess my question is, does Coastal Kitchen really receive $0 of my prepaid gratuity? And how much would you tip your waiter knowing the above information? TIA!
  3. We were on HOS the week before -March 6-13. And I said to my daughter that I've never really felt the Oasis Class ships move like I did that trip! There was a lot of wind some nights and gentle rocking (I slept like a baby). But the night of the 12th the storm blew in and at night our suite was creaking! We didn't get sea sick, just stunned that we actually felt the ship rocking. Maybe this March was worse than others??
  4. Thanks so much for the tips! We will be on Harmony 3/6, soooo looking forward to it!
  5. Im looking for recommendations for transport from MCO to Post Canaveral. We don't need anything fancy but prefer a private car service. I've done a google search but its hard to see if the companies are reliable. Does anyone have a company that they normally use? Thank you!
