We did next cruise a month ago and we got $600 off cruise fare and $200 Deposit. We did book a 10 day to get the 600 off.

And the documents has to have your name on it. My first try was rejected because of that. Sent with name and got credit in about a weeks time after.

I'm interested also if any have made this trek. I'm booked on the 10 day Quantum from Hawaii to Vancouver April 24.

You can't buy star class, it's based off what cabin you have.

I booked room 10324 center GLS for 4 adults. I was up in the air to go star class, but the SLS was only $600 less per adult and knowing star perks, it was a no Brainer. Now I only have to wait 16 months.

I'm looking at bumping our April 24 Hawaii cruise on Quantum from a GS to a GLS as my daughter and son in law want to come. So my question would be, which deck is best 8th or 10th and middle or side? I was looking at the SLS also, but was only $2400 cheaper. So if you add 4 adults to star perks, the GLS was a no Brainerd. It's a long way out for trip and I'm using it as something to look forward to after I fight my battle with cancer treatment which started a miserable 4 days ago. So if everything goes good, I should be good to go.

Do suite gratuities go to coastal kitchen? We ate there every day and would hope it went there instead of the MDR. Or do they go off where you are based off reservations,

We went to eagle beach couple weeks ago. It was good and clean. Not much for snorkeling but decent waves. Not much for little kids as the water got deep fast and waves would knock them around. Get there early as chairs go quick and there pricey from vendors.

Is there a better side of the ship for a room to get the best views? 

I booked a next cruise on Harmony last week. Been to the Caribbean many time. I'm venturing out and doing a 10 day Hawaii to Vancouver. 485 days to go.

We just got off Harmony and for the most part the food was great. Ate dinner every night at Coastal Kitchen and was very happy with it. Breakfast there was awesome also. My daughters family was in a JS so we had a couple breakfast in the MDR and neither was that good. The difference between CK and MDR breakfast was knight and day. The food at Barefoot beach was also in the alright category, but can't expect to much for outdoor eating. But for the most part, I had no problem with the food. I gained 6lbs so I did eat.

Didn't get ours either, but the 1 bedroom ATS was awesome anyways.

We have deck 11 1 bedroom which is the lowest down you can get without being in the 2 bedroom. You can hear noise but not loud with glass sliders open. Very very little when closed. Could not hear anything in bedroom with doors closed.

Harmony for sure as I’m on it now.

I just got a email from royal up. I’ve done royal up many times but don’t remember ever getting a email saying it will be reviewed once onboard. Here is what they sent.

Has anyone else seen this and if so, did it work out?

9 different and the 10th will be this weekend on Harmony.

Had talk with Oncologist today, and he pretty much said I should have no problem with the trip. There are more test and radiology mold to be made and a port to be put in before treatment can start, so I have a little time. Big smile now, but don’t look forward to 5+ months of treatment after. But I will fully enjoy this trip like it’s my last.

Thank everyone for quick replies. I know most if not all doctors will want you to start treatment ASAP and have a negative response to delay treatment. I guess I will find out on Monday what he thinks.

Last week I was diagnosed with NPC cancer with a 2 inch tumor in my nasal cavity. Next week I have my first Oncologist visit, PET scan and a radiation consultation. I’ve had a cruise booked for almost a year on Harmony on December 10th with my daughter and grandchildren. I really want to go as I just don’t know what is going to happen after and might not get this chance again. It’s been 3 weeks when they found the tumor and I feel no different and can’t see how another couple weeks would make much of a difference. Then start treatment when I get back. Am I being selfish?

I use them on sea days around ship, especially in pool area. Cheap to get and makes it easier then digging in your pocket or searching for it in a bag.
