It says this will be effective on January 5th sailings. We embark on January 3rd and disembark on the 7th. Will we still able to get the complimentary PCR for re-entry in Canada if we book it before January 5th??

Hi Canadian cruisers, In regards to the new travel restriction upon entering Canada, did you guys have to quarantine coming back to Canada? It says on the Health Canada website that travellers who went to another country other than US within 14 days must do PCR testing upon arrival and be quarantined until results are in. My upcoming cruise is a Bahamas cruise. Therefore, we will stop in Nassau, Bahamas (which is another country). So i am concerned that we will have to be quarantined since the ship will go outside of US. If I dont go down and enter Bahamas and just stay in the ship. will i still be considered as someone who "went" to another country?
