I booked with a TA and got a refund (including my non-refundable deposit), but I had to push pretty hard for it. I am done with the stress of cruising for a while. Good luck with yours and sorry to hear you’re canceling as well.

Could not agree more. This is precisely why I canceled my 1/8 Symphony sailing.

Does this apply to US residents after Caribbean sailing? My TA said “it is possible.” I really hope not.

So another question…going on symphony on January 8. Flying to Miami from NY state. Will we be required to Covid test upon return? Do they consider us international guests due to sailing in the Caribbean?

Can those who have recently sailed talk about the disembarkation process? Is it taking significantly longer than pre-Covid? How difficult is it to get a cab to the Miami airport? We fly carry on only which alleviates some added chaos. However in January 2020 we got sent to the “search your bag” line and had pre-arranged transportation to the airport in Ft Lauderdale. Thanks in advance!

Just spoke to a front end CS guy who told me to check back in a week as they have ZERO IT staff working right now….that is hard to believe.

Hello all, we are due to sail on Symphony on January 8. I have been trying to check in and have completed everything but both the app and website will not allow me to choose an arrival time. Anyone else encounter this, and how do I fix this? Thanks for any help!
