We picked this cruise for the itinerary and now half the ports are cancelled and the ports that were substituted are all ones we have been to and are not our favorites. We go to St. Maarten every year so that is nothing new and I am not excited about St. Kitts or Antigua. As I was paying my final balance yesterday and I noticed I could not make anymore excursion plans, the customer service person said that all the ports/excursions were still on my account, and then an hour later we got an email that the entire itinerary was changed... We have no other time to rebook in the next year with all our upcoming plans and there is no option for a refund. Anyone else frustrated?
