  1. There is no hyphen. 11118162676878 And this time the number is slightly different. I suppose that means they haven't assigned it yet.
  2. After check in today, I pulled up my set sail pass and scanned the Bar Code. The last 4 digits are 6866. On the app the pass says Deck 11 and the muster station. But I'm not finding a room to correspond. Can someone help me?
  3. For those of you who have dealt with this issue (fully paid cruise but email says you have a balance), what do you suggest is the best way to handle this? Any recommendations on who to call? For us, I paid off the cruise in December a few days before Final Payment and just now received the email saying we owe $700. Thanks in advance.
  4. We enjoyed Del Mar Latino also. The service was good both for food and drinks, chairs for everyone, quiet atmosphere, a pool to cool off. And the best thing is it's a short walk from the ship. We are both in our 70's and can't do long walks.
  5. 1/27/24 Voyager out of Galveston.
  6. I have never heard of this and we book casino cruises quite often. Please tell me more.
  7. I would like some input on cancelling/transferring a cruise. 3 day on Allure GTY Balc, Feb 23, 2024 4 day on Allure GTY Balc, Feb 26, 2024 $200 deposit on each cruise (Total $400 invested so far. Final payment due Dec 10.) Hindsight is really great. After thinking about this, we realized each individual cruise would be as much as we would pay for a 5-7 day cruise. These are the options I have thought of: Cancel both – lose $400. Transfer both – will cost $400 more? Transfer one, cancel one – will lose $200 and cost $200 more. Downgrade to Ocean View Rooms. (Husband will not stay in inside.) Are there other options that I have not thought of?
  8. I have seen them for sale on some ships. Very pricey.
  9. Look at the opportunity you have to share your experience with all of us. You never know how one little comment can stick with a person and affect their lives. I remember directing high school theatre and years later having students come back and tell me what a profound experience it was and how it changed their life. The possibilities are endless. Enjoy your cruise.
  10. Once you get your Code #, go up to the menu and choose the last selection, Certificate Offer Codes Look Up. Enter your number and it should bring up the list.
  11. To keep your milk cold, try looking for a plastic tub, sort of like a dishpan but smaller. Then put the dishpan (with ice and milk) in the fridge. That would hold rectangular cartons better than a round ice bucket. And you can pack your clothes in it and put the whole thing in your suitcase. I'm sure someone onboard now could give you approximate measurements.
  12. I vote for the monkeys and sloths hangout. We used Bodden tours. Very helpful, interesting and accommodating. We didn't want to go to the beach for 2 hrs. so the driver took us back to the ship.
  13. It's not just the number of chairs and tables either. The area chosen is away from the pool (you can't see it) and along a corridor leading to the Windjammer. It's about 10 feet wide and maybe 50 ft long. You feel like you are stuck back in a corner.
  14. Lots of vendors, about 4 city blocks long. Crazy Lobster is a good place to eat. Most places have chairs and tables on the beach. The vendors can be a bit pushy, you just have to be firm with them. Take a taxi for $4 a person one way. There are places that offer all you can eat and drink. I'm sure others will chime in on those.
  15. When we were on Radiance a year ago, we had to request the housekeeping manager to bring a table. We received 1 table. Chairs were not plentiful but were there. We were quite disappointed with the area reserved for smoking.
  16. Very nice. Well organized. Appreciate the hard work involved. I'm having trouble scrolling side to side. On a PC using Firefox.
  17. There was one outside on Liberty when we were there, about a year ago. They called it Smoke on the Water. It was held at the upper deck of the pool. It was listed in the app under activities.
  18. Since your edit, I say Liberty. I was not happy with Radiance. The elevators were always out of order. My husband likes to smoke cigars and the smoking area was stuck back in a small corner on the pool deck. All chairs, no tables. We had a wonderful time on Liberty. I prefer the Broadway Shows instead of just the musical reviews (they were good on both ships).
  19. We received an email a couple of days before our cruise and we requested an extension cord. It wasn't in our room when we arrived, however our room steward brought it up after we requested it.
  20. I don't know about Roatan, but in Costa Maya they are just outside the port shopping area. We took them once, but will not do it again. Our cart was very old and we sometimes wondered if we would make it back to the ship. They gave us a map that basically showed how to get to Mahahual. I was disappointed because I had wanted to explore more, but didn't want to get lost. For $8.00 we could have taken a taxi to Mahahual, a far cry from $60.00.
