I applied for mine in July and they told me it would be probably November until I get it. I did not do expedited or anything. I am not needing it until April next year so I was okay with that wait time.

I saw two adult men start to get in a physical fight over a place to stand for the Halloween parade. Luckily there was some staff near by to break it up.
