i am waiting for them to cancel so i can use my credits to book a new sailing out of the bahamas.. The wait is killing me!

Any thoughts if this ship will sail July 29th out of Baltimore? i am thinking it wont sall because i found out the cdc has put a special restriction on cruises that sail more than 7 nights...In march they put into place no sailings out of the US for more than 7 nights..
