  1. During my 90 minute call I was transferred to Crown & Anchor. They were the ones who assured me the issue would be resolved. Still nothing.
  2. I was on the Liberty out of Galveston last month and never received credit for my C&A points. After several unanswered emails, I reluctantly called and spent over 90 minutes on the phone with customer service as she looked into the issue. She finally determined that my reservation had been mixed up with someone else's, but she assured me that the correction would be made within a week or so. Well that was three weeks ago along with another unanswered email. I'm beyond pissed. Any sure way of getting this issue resolved? I refuse to book another cruise with Royal until they have corrected this issue.
  3. My cruise on the Independence coming up this June was cancelled almost a month ago. I just made my third call over that time frame trying to get a refund processed. The first two calls, I was told to call back in a week to verify my request had been approved. Today I was told the same thing. After asking to speak with a supervisor, I was told it could take another thirty days minimum. What a ridiculous way to treat your loyal customers. I will never book another Royal cruise until I see that refund, and I may not book even after I see it. Do you want to survive? Then stop treating your customers like they are garbage.
