Ships have a limited number of cabins that can fit 5 or more people (usually they are suites or 'large' rooms) Contact a good travel agent or Royal for help on booking it. It might be easier to get adjoining cabins with a door between cabins and put 2 in one room and 3 in another room

Freedom does 3 and 4 night cruises so it uses the terminal Mondays and Fridays. Icon does 7 night cruises so it uses the terminal on Saturdays. You will probably depart and return from the same terminal. Did Royal tell you it's a different return terminal?

It's use them or lose them. Clock resets at 5am. What you can do is pay for a beer or coffee, then use the free vouchers on the more expensive mixed drinks. You have to tell them to not use the voucher for the drink you want to pay for
