  1. You can request a specific agent, or just fill out the form. We might not be able to help with older FCCs but we might be able to at least look them up.
  2. Depends on the day, usually within a few hours. But since it's a weekend it may take a little longer.
  3. You can always book a refundable deposit in the future so that this doesn't happen again.
  4. I'm with Brock right now on our own cruise! Love him!
  5. It's not available to travel agents. I am not sure why, but there's something with that state that we aren't allowed to sell Allianz to NY residents. You also can't get Royal Caribbean's insurance as a NY resident- "The Royal Caribbean Travel Protection Program and the Celebrity/Azamara CruiseCare Program no longer cover residents of the state of New York. Travel insurance for guests who are New York state residents may be purchased through Aon Affinity."
  6. Royal Caribbean's is good, Allianz is my go-to for most guests though. If you live in NY then you can get Travel Guard insurance (Allianz isn't available for NY residents).
  7. This is exactly why we recommend travel protection! The small cost for peace of mind is huge!
  8. There is a call center phone number, which is 425-396-7505. But the easiest/fastest way is to either contact an agent directly or request a quote on royalcaribbeanblog.com or mei-travel.com
  9. And they just extended for June! Thanks @Neesafor telling me!
  10. May 31, 2022. June cruises are due before May, it's hard to keep up!
  11. Yes, for this one. There's always next time- this is Royal's policy and they won't bend it.
  12. Sort of- TAs make payments, changes to your cruise such as the ship/sail date, change staterooms, etc. Cruise Planner- that's mostly you. I do it for some clients in complicated situations or if they really need it, but for the most part people would rather do the Cruise Planner themselves. Royal Up- you can do it yourself. Sometimes it's actually cheaper to upgrade through the TA and not through Royal Up. If you want to transfer your bookings to a TA, you can, but they must have been booked less than 30 days ago and not paid in full.
  13. The Bahamian pronunciation is Key. Like Castaway Cay (Disney's island) is Key. But CocoCay rhymes with Perfect Day so I always say Cay.
  14. Yes you can each book an interior room and get 2 points per night.
  15. They might make an exception for you if you have a letter from your doctor, but I don't think they'll make an exception for someone who just won't get the vaccine. I don't know what will happen this fall but as of now the vaccine protocols are strict and in place.
  16. Sorry for the late reply (and I haven't read responses, been on a cruise myself). Yes I believe as long as the reservation number remains the same you'll get the double points if you sail in 2022.
  17. You can move it with the same reservation number. No need to cancel/rebook. John will know how to do that!
  18. One of the reasons passports are recommended is because of this type of thing. Long before Covid-19 or anything, if you had an emergency you can't get home without the passport. But, it might be too late now for you. If you test positive on the ship (passport or no passport) then you would be quarantined on the ship itself. They have rooms set aside for that.
  19. Yeah just don't put the luggage out the night before, and be in the Promenade or wherever the doors open to disembark (whatever deck you came in on the first day). Just be at that area at about 7 am and wait.
  20. Don't worry Royal Caribbean will charge you for that! https://www.royalcaribbean.com/content/dam/royal/resources/pdf/laundry-service-price-list.pdf Or you could just go wrinkled, which is my preferred method.
  21. Depends- did you book refundable or non-refundable deposit? Also, the protocols for the beginning of April have been announced so you could cancel if your cruise is before Apr 14, and ask for a refund.
  22. That I don't know about. But I am pretty sure that they make a commission if you book with them directly.
