Sounds like I am not the only one having trouble W/RCL. Not very comforting though. I am now waiting for someone to call me back. We'll see how this goes.

90 days have passed since I requested a refund for cancelled cruse. Their literature said you should receive a refund in 45 days. Can't seem to get anything done over the phone. Anyone else have this problem or know of a solution?
