We were on Enchantment in July and did not notice any issues we had an amazing week in the Mediterranean.

We had a different experience with numbers 8 and 10. For our recent Med cruise on Enchantment we preordered the package for 10 pictures and got the option for print or digital. I have family members with food allergies and on our first cruise to Alaska on Radiance many years ago we were told as soon as we got on the ship to go to the MDR and talk to the person at the desk to see what they could prepare for dinner that first night. After that the other nights at the end of the meal were brought menus for the next night to figure out what could be done. We have been on 4 cruises over the years and they have done a great job and the head waiter has stopped by every night.

The Radiance was the ship for our first ever cruise on to Alaska. We next did a Western Caribbean on Allure and it went to Haiti, Jamaica, and Cozumel. We also did Bahamas I believe on Majesty to Coco Cay, Nassau, and Key West. Last month were on Enchantment out of Barcelona to Rome. The ports were Marseille, Villefranche, Genoa, Portofino, and Livorno

I got that survey today but did not do it as in the part it asked how much you make in a year there was no option for do not wish to answer and would not let me go on without answering.

At 30 days out I had gotten an e-mail with the cruise documents attached and the luggage tag was on the last page. There was only one so had to make several copies.

We had done the prepaid gratuities for our recent 7 day Med cruise but our stateroom attendant was so wonderful at the end of the cruise we gave 75 euros to him and also to 3 of the wait staff in the MDR. My family members have food allergies and they did such a good job caring for them.

On our recent Med cruise we were happy with our dinners in the MDR but we are very easy to please.

Just wanted to say hi we will be sailing out of Barcelona a few weeks before you barring anything unexpected. 

One reminder is it is done at 12 am where the ship is. We are leaving out of Barcelona so had to do it on 5/18 at 6 pm which is 12 am on 5/19 their time. We went on the app and it was so easy. Each person is listed so first selected the check in time for everyone and then went back and scanned the picture page of the passport and also put in a few pieces of info can’t remember if it was address and birthdate and credit card I think that was all and took a picture. The only thing left is the day before the ship leaves have to go on the app for the health questionnaire. Also at 30 days the edocs including luggage tags should be available.

We are not very experienced cruisers but 3 out of 4 have been with RC and the one that wasn’t we did NCL for Hawaii. I forget how many years ago it was that we started with Royal. We saw one of those travel shows that was about Radiance going to Alaska and we loved what we saw of the ship and cruise through the inside passage with land tour afterwards to Denali and Fairbanks including a train ride and were able to book that exact one which left from Vancouver with dates that fit our schedules. We had such an amazing trip we knew we found the cruise line for us. Since then we have been on Allure for Western Caribbean and Majesty for Bahamas. We were supposed to be on a Mediterranean cruise the year Covid hit and hopefully in a little over a month will finally be able to go and it is on Enchantment.

It was so weird the app said 5/18 but no matter I was just able to check in! Thanks for the help!
