I just got off the line with cheap caribbean cruise and royal caribbean apparently they refunded the taxes back in May and a portion of the money yesterday but informed me the rest would be applied as a future cruise credit which we were never informed of. We honestly don't want to rebook and now we are basically given no choice as to not lose the money so furious.
