  1. I also received an inappropriate email from this blog with a link. I don't clicked on it as I considered it was a spam.
  2. A little after I received the mail from Royal Caribbean, I asked for a full refund. Today, I received a cancellation invoice with a penalty of 75 % of my cruise fare. Is it normal ?

Mail received this Morning from Royal Caribbean : Dear Guest, We hope that amidst this situation, you have remained healthy, safe, and optimistic that each day that passes, is another day closer to a more regular day-to-day. While this is like nothing any of us have ever experienced, we continue to evaluate how it impacts our upcoming sailings and our return to service. The Hong Kong government advised they’re extending their social distancing policy which unfortunately means we must cancel your upcoming July 3rd, 2020 cruise onboard Voyager of the Seas. We know this is disappointing. We’re disappointed too.
