  1. Update: We recieved the rest of our refund on May 30th (it took until today to show up online on the credit card website). Last call I made was on April 30th to inquire about the missing 14% of our refund. So it was credited exactly 30 calendar days after I called. A total of 62 calendar days after our cruise was set to end (March 29th). Hope the more recent cancellation and refund requests have run more smoothly; just wanted to provide an update for anyone still waiting for a full refund.

  3. Very odd, isn't it? It almost feels like they're throwing a dart at the board and refunding whatever percentage it lands on. There has to be some reason for the odd refund amounts, but I can't imagine what it could be. Just curious, what type of room did you have booked? We were in a crown loft suite.

  5. I've been lurking on this board since December, after our family decided to take our 1st cruise. But something similar happened to me so I created a profile to share my experience so far. 1st post! We were scheduled for Harmony on March 22nd from Port Canaveral. We got the cancellation email on March 15th (I think) I responded the next day for the 100% refund. Called a couple of weeks ago and they said my request was processed on April 6th and could take up to 30 days. We received our refund on Wednesday (so less than 30 calendar or business days), but only for 86% of what we paid. So I called them and the rep I spoke to put me on hold for about 10 minutes, then came back and said the remaining refund had already been approved/processed and may take another 7-10 days to post. He had no idea why it was split in 2 like that. The balance was a random number (no combination of port fees/taxes, prepaid gratuities or passenger fares equaled the missing amount). Don't know the rhyme or reason, but glad to get back what we have so far and I'm sure we'll get the rest. Good luck to you!
