Thanks for the advice thankfully I have off work and can call that late. I got my travel agent involved too so may jsut let her Duke it out first but if anything MAYBE my on credit should be around 400 but the second no way Man I'm disappointed by this

I'm not sure how it can be 125% of what I paid when 800 isn't anywhere close im completely stumped and feel robbed

So guys or received my future cruise credit today which is exciting except it's no where in the ballpark of what I thought I should be getting. In fact.my husband and I got the same exact amount which shouldn't be the case since we booked with a 60% off second passanger deal. I'll post our breakdown and a screen shot of the money we received I know royal has some strange math but by my calculations it should have been soemthing like Passenger 1: 1332 Passenger 2: 496

That's a great question...no one's received it back yet it's supposedly coming may 15 . Here's the email I got from them regarding my FCC and my cruise planner credit

Cruise is supposed to be may 11 still waiting on a FCC ...said April 30th now may 15th so we shall see

Hi I'm 31 you hit the nail on the head....but we've been doing all inclusives for years even got married at one. I'm more of I need to know what I'm spending before I go. With cruising it's very much the same except I budget for port days. Our October cruise is just labadee and coco cay I feel like I will have no extra fees this trip!

Kinda far but I got $77 from Philly to fort Lauderdale for October!

We had to move our may cruise to end of October. We had an air BNB booked and were able to cancel it. The air BNB host actually reached out to me and said I'll put the dates on hold call me in August and if you still want the dates in October we will make it happen. He even took 100 off the price if we booked through him privately without all the air BNB fees (yes there's a contract it's through vrbo which he says is cheaper then Airbnb). Our flights were transferrable too . We got $77 roundtrip tickets from Philly to fort Lauderdale . It's an insane deal. Never that cheap. I even have $80 voucher from our may flights. I figured if we don't go and I can't get the $77 ticket back then I'm okay. Just gotta use my $80 voucher before next march So I'd say if the price is right get the flights. November is a hot month for hotels too again if the price is right and you can take the hit if you don't go I'd go for it. I beleive Airbnb has a 48 cancel window but I could be wrong with that

If your talking just one port in Miami what ships do you think royal would start with? I only ask bc independence right now does 5 night trips to coco cay and labadee (or labadee and Falmouth) To me this is a great iteniary to start with given its just private island and section of haiti. But Indy is out of fort Lauderdale

Still patiently waiting for my future cruise credit after my cruise was canceled on March 23 or something like that. The second round of cancellations. Many from my cruise have already received theirs but I know their not going out my cruise date. I did get the email about coming in by may 15 I just think royal had a hidden agenda. I applied for the 125% cruise planner credit too and the email I got said we'd get both the same day. I'm assuming sometime next week is when all cruise planner items will skyrocket in price bc they know everyone from the second round of cancellations will be getting their extra 25%

I feel ya. I'm still on my 5/11 roll call page and lots of my fellow cruisers have received their credit just not me and my other family booked. Very frustrating. Guess I'll wait till May 15 before calling again

Let's cross our fingers that royal sails out of fort Lauderdale...fort Lauderdale has less cases then Miami so I'm still hopeful for my October cruise out of fort Lauderdale

@kimlet yep I actually had my agent call yesterday because my previous email said august 30 would be when I got my credit and a few people from my cruise had received theirs. They told my agent mine wasn't processed but would be by may 30 so my new cruise wouldn't be affected then gave may 22 as the date i'd get.my credit by. So now their saying may 15.

Yep I've noticed this . I've seen a few different variations on how to calculate it. Guess there's no secrete to their math. I pretty much convinced myself I'm upgrading guess I'm just hoping to not throw more money at royal then I have too these days.

I'm subtracting taxes fees, vacation protection and gratuities....I don't think the credit counts towards those things

I'm attempting to see if I have enough to upgrade my room (balcony to Junior suite) I'm okay spending.$300 more to upgrade to a suite I thought I had the calculations down pat but I think I may have been off after looking at another post on a page on Facebook Kinda confused which total I have to subtract from. Cruise faire or total charge I do know that guest 1 and guest 2 need their own calculations done Thanks for any help pointing me in the right direction By my calculations I get Guest #1 1255 Guest#2 496

@copteacher I opted for the 125% cruise planner credit so no refund here. I got the email of my.cruise planner items.being refunded on 4/20. It was a generic email that they send to everyone. I called royal to confirm I'm.getting the credit. I also was suppose to get my FCC today but they said it's still processing. So I don't have access to my cruise planner to check anything in that regard

No FCC today in my email yet

Well it's April 30 and no FCC seen for me and no apology email from royal either. See how the rest of the day goes on if I'll be getting it today or not

I got an email on 4/20 saying that my cruise planner credit went through and just had to wait for my fcc. I called royal the next day as the email was slightly confusing but all was ssorted out they said I should have my FCC and cruise planner credit on 4/30 which is tomorrow My sailing was may 11 and some from my sailing have indeed gotten their FCC but none went for the cruise planner credit so I can attest to if they got that back or not. Guess I'll see what tomorrow brings

@ebeck88 did you receive the email that your cruise planner items are being refunded bc that signals the start of the process

@Jakefield15 So my cruise was canceled March 24 and that's the day I got my cancellation email. 30 business would be 5/5 but my email says April 30th for a refund so assume that's when my cruise credit should come round too. Some people from my cancelled cruise have said they got their FCC emails already. Sure hope it's this week ?
