    So....I just heard from RC that my refund and FCC has been processed; however, I can expect it to take 3-6 weeks to receive the refund and FCC. So, something is coming, but who knows when I will get it. Cancellation was 3/20, with refund and FCC on 4/20. Now just waiting on the FCC email and refund to process to my card. The waiting continues.

    I talked with them today as well. Appears my 3/12 cancellation was processed on 3/20, and expect the refunds and FCC by 4/20. They state that it is 30 days from processing.

    Agree...I just got off the phone with the TA and they said they are expecting these by 4/15, not 4/13. I have not received any CC refunds for taxes/port fees nor any FCC info as well. I cancelled on 3/12 for a 3/16 travel on Brilliance through the Cruise with Confidence offer. Was initially told 7-10 days...here we are a month later.....
