We were in the middle of a B2B when the stoppage occurred. Still no official notification of the cancellation, no FCC email or refunds of fees or cruise planner. I believe they are overwhelmed with the volume of work. The message on the RCCL site continues to target 4/13 for all of this to occur. Since I cant check my RoyalUp status each day  ... at least I can check my account for pending refunds. Not nearly as much fun ... but something to obsess  over until this concludes ??

How do you check the status of your account to see your refund is pending?

  2. I cancelled my cruise scheduled for early June on March 11.  I was told I would receive a full refund because I cancelled far enough out.  I was informed I would receive a refund on my extras such as drink package in 3 to 5 business days the cruise itself in 7 to 10 business days.  I have received nothing to date.  Has anyone else received their refunds?  Is it just taking longer because everything is sooo crazy righ now? Has anyone else received their refund?  How long did it take?  Should I call? Should I assume it may take 30 days?

I have the same question.  I cancelled on March 11 for a June sailing.  I am due a FULL refund.  I was not given an actual confirmation number, but I did get an email showing all of the my extras were cancelled.  The nice lady said I would get a refund of the extras (such a beverage/internet/etc) in 3 to 5 business days.  I would receive a refund on the cruise by 10 business days.  I am more than 12 business days out and I have received nothing back...no refund at all.

Ok I realized the difference in my situation is my cruise was not cancelled by the cruiseline.  I cancelled my cruise.  I still have not received my refund.  I am still trying to figure out how long the process is taking.

For the sailings that RC cancelled. Has anyone who chose to take the monetary refund instead  of the 125% FCC credit coupon received their refund  yet?
