  1. YOU think YOURSELF too importantly, I don’t think YOU can represent all cruise lovers, at least not my family. We support this mask mandate as we just disembarked yesterday from Symphony, which has at least 44 confirmed case. Like the other said, the cruise industry supports hundreds of thousands jobs and families. Their jobs and their families and more important than what you feel comfortable or not wearing a mask.
  2. What?! I was on that cruise and just back home late last night. We received a email from RYI on the last day mentioned about less than 0.7% of guests on this maximum 6k ship. 50 is more than that!
  3. Poor girl, 28 only.... May she Rest In Peace ? I just booked a Dec. East Caribbean sail on Harmony of Sea ?
  4. Just hung up the phone with RCCL, booked the last minutes “Flash Sale”. I sent a email to my last cruise planner, Greg Rosa, who works for RCCL and system returned with “email address doesn’t exist”. I double checked and sent again, and returned again. I don’t know if he got laid off. So sad they have to cut their own cruise planner and customer service.
  5. Thanks for all replies, that eases a lot of my worries. ?
  6. Thanks for your reply. I also read some information about RCCL has 1B cash in hand and should be enough for 9-10 month without sailing. But just can’t help thinking about if worst scenario happens, I guess probably we lose those money, because bankruptcy, right. So what is the difference between book through a TA and directly book with RCCL. I know the TA can help you search something you want, you just call or email. But normal I like do search myself and I always think the price won’t be cheaper through TA. If I need change something, it is easier directly contact with RCCL instead of go back and forth with TA. thanks again.
  7. Is there anyone can tell me, what happen to our deposit, even full cruise fare within 3 months window, if the cruise line file for bankruptcy and cancel all cruise. I am thinking to book a Harmony of the Sea December sail. But after reading news about NCL might looking for bankrupt protection, I am worry about what happen to the deposit if the worst scenario happen. BTW, the official RCCL website has a Flash Sale promotion, 30% off every guest plus $300 instant saving. Is it the best promotion we can get? Thanks for any quick help. Promotion ends tomorrow ?
  8. Might be not like RCL. But there is nothing wrong with it. We like RCL but we like to get both good and bad news about RCL. Bad news help the company move forward.
  9. Just got news that Princess Cruise line cancelled all 18 ships itinerary for 60 days. Don’t know which cruise line would be the next. I think if US keep this outbreak, soon all cruise line would have to follow.
  10. Cancelled my Mar. 29 , Harmony of the Sea on Sunday Don’t feel like lose anything but relieved.
  11. If you told RC representative your son has a fever, you should be able to get full refund. They will deny boarding for anyone had a fever.
  12. I think the smarter idea is call and get the FCC, and rebook after this virus insanity. Nothing important than life and safety of you own family.
  13. I think that’s because Seattle is kind of a quarantine zone now. Really need some guts to go there now : )
  14. we booked Mar. 29, Harmony of the sea, west Caribbean sailing and really hesitated because more and more bad news about Covid-19. Just found out RC’s new policy about 48 hours fully future credit. We called and cancelled already. Thanks.
