  1. It’s giving me an error. It wanted me to update my password, which I did, and still it won’t take the card info. Think I’m gonna call CS and request a supervisor who speaks English as a first language. The usual people are difficult to communicate with.
  2. Neither the website nor the app will permit me to input my new credit card info. The third world types at customer service are simply reading off a useless checklist and they don’t speak English very well. Suggestions?

  11. Just received a Royal email this afternoon saying we could make advanced reservations for various venues immediately. No joy. The provided link simply takes me to the website Entertainment section and no way to make reservations. Same thing on the app. Suggestions?
  12. Please, refresh my old memory. Which procedure allows me to select my check in time and then go back and finish filling in the required information at a later date; the website or the app?
  13. In Costa Maya, look into Maya Chan Beach. Ex-US pat owned/operated. Nothing resort fancy just good food, good drink, great service, and they love groups. Quiet and relaxing. $60 US/person and everything is included. Even transportation.

  16. Ate breakfast every morning in CK and had the same server every day but one. Tipped the regular server and the maitre’d extra on the last morning. Our server was terrific!

  21. Christmas cruise on Allure with our kids and their families. Three separate reservations for nine people. All three are linked on the RC website. Grandma and Grandpa bought the UDP for all nine. Can I (Grandpa) make Specialty Restaurant reservations for all of us once we board?
  22. Have they started enforcing boarding times at the new terminal in Galveston?
  23. Did you bother to call Security? If you don’t get aggressive in a situation like this then you are not going to get the proper results YOU PAID FOR! You cannot be afraid to confront someone who has unnecessarily caused a problem for you. You are THE CUSTOMER.
