I cancelled my March 14 cruise on March 7 and still nothing! No FCC or refunds for taxes

Took advantage of RCL cancellation policy and got my port fees and taxes refunded, with a FCC

Hmm but they refund the no show’s port fees and taxes? That’s around 15-20% of what is paid right? Also the automatic gratuity wouldn’t be charged per day right?

But in a 2 person cabin - one person cannot make it, is it better to cancel or do a no show? I’ve heard that they can charge the one person the single occupancy rate?

This is why I’m so wary.. I can’t trust other people not answering the questionnaires truthfully and/or practicing good hand hygiene. The last thing I need is to be quarantined on a ship for 2 weeks for someone’s lack of hand hygiene.

Hi guys, I had a question about food at the dining hall. We have my time dining for dinner, but have never had breakfast or lunch at the dining hall; we usually go to windjammer. For breakfast and lunch, do we just show up and it’s first come/first served? Or do we need to make a reservation? Thanks in advance!

Hi guys, I had a question. Currently we have 2 suites - one with 2 adults and the other with 3 adults. My travel agent got confused and mixed up the two people (so person 1 was put in person 2’s cabin and vice versa). So when I board the ship, would I go to guest services to switch the names of the passengers in each cabin? Many thanks in advance!

I’m going to ride it out for 1.5 weeks and monitor the situation and see whether RC themselves will comment or do anything (cancel). At the rate that the virus is going, situation can change.

Exactly! This will be our second cruise ever and instead of looking forward to it, it’s filled with paranoia.
