Hello, I submitted my shareholder on-board credit from request this past Sunday and received my email on Monday indicating it was approved. I just logged in on RC and got this notification. This seems to indicated I have to spend this on pre-cruise purchases. Can I not use it during the cruise for other on-board items? Here is a snapshot of the notification. This seems fairly limiting if I have to use it on pre-cruise purchases since I have already made all my planner purchases.

Just curious, has anyone made a reservation in the past week for June or July of 2020 sailing and then successfully executed a Lift and Shift to June or July of 2021? I'm noticing the rates for the 2020 are cheaper than the 2021 same cruise. Are there any restrictions on doing this? I don't see any, but I'm curious if anyone has tried it and been successful? I doubt the L&S was intended to used this way..

Still going on Navigator of the Seas April 13

I will be on Navigator of the Seas, April 13 out of Miami. We are still planning on going.....Spring Break! I would still love to hear what others are experiencing as they return and thinking as they get closer to sail date.

One bid says pending and one bid lets me modify it or cancel it. Just curious why one can be modified and one can't. There must be some reason they are different.

Hello, I put in 2 offers through the RoyalUp program on Nav of the Seas cruising April 13, 2020. One offer says pending, but the other offer I am able to Modify or Cancel. Anyone know what this means? Has anyone had an offer pending that was later accepted? Thanks

Hello, This is our first cruise. We have booked a Grand Suite on Navigator of the Seas in April 2020. We have also purchased the Unlimited Dining Package (UDP). Apparently, we can't reserve our dining time for the specialty restaurants until we board the ship according to the UDP verbiage. I'm curious, will our Suite concierge be able to help us with specialty dining reservations when we board the ship or will we need to go to each restaurant? Is there any initial contact by our concierge prior to us boarding, where we could get them to go ahead and reserve our dining times for the specialty restaurants? Any other things the concierge will be able to help us with? Or any other suggestions on how to take advantage of the concierge service is much appreciated. Do you tip the concierge daily or at the end? Thanks!

We are sailing in April and have passes to the Coco Beach Club. I would love to hear some reviews from anyone able to share. Experience? Food? Service? maybe a comparison to have been to Coco in the past without Beach Club access? We will have our two sons (9 and 11) with us. I'm hoping it will allow us to avoid the crowds and relax a bit more, but also hope it will not be to boring for them. Thanks!

How does the per person credit work on Navigator with the UDP for Izumi and Playmakers? Is it per person, per day? Or just once per person for the entire cruise. We will probably eat at Playmakers day 1 for lunch and would like to eat at Izumi once or twice. Any advice on using these pp credits would be great. Thanks.
