My entire group was still planning to travel 03/15/2020 on Anthem of the Seas and they cancelled all 30 of us because I had to cancel  my mother and aunt who are elderly!  They did not even call anyone  in the group to confirm this.  Just received a random email in the middle of the night showing all of our excursions, shows, dining plans cancelled.   After 5 hours of my life they have now at least restored my cabin reservations but i have had to rebook everything else and it cost an extra 15.00 per person now for the water park!   I am so angry right now I could scream.   How can you be so reckless to people who are still trying to  be  loyal?

I live in MD, wife is a teacher. Spring break is now make up week. So no cruise for us that we had scheduled for a year. 

Just want to say, I appreciate @Matt and everyone I regularly interact with on this board. It's been a roller coaster this week, and I appreciate y'all for giving me an outlet and a sense that I wasn't the only one....I still don't know what the future holds for my April sailing...but I know this too, shall pass. When it does, I look forward to more joking, more debating, and more obsessing about my vacation. 

I certainly hope not! We sail 03/15/2020 and I will have 3 very pissy 23 year old's on my hands!?

I called this morning and was immediately placed on hold, it was 0745hrs. I placed the phone on speaker and went about my day, probably 12 minutes later I was speaking with a representative. This was a follow up call from last night at about 2230hrs when I was on hold for just minutes. Maybe try an off time if you can. Good luck!

Cruising Anthem on 03/15/2020, not canceling unless RCCL does!

Considering cancellation of our March 29th cruise on Harmony of the Seas. Hoping they start offering full refunds vs FCC. This is our kids’ senior trip with five families. We can’t  plan anything else unless we get a full refund. 

My husband and I said the exact same thing.  We sail on the Oasis on April 5th.  Hopefully.....
