Thanks so much!

We are planning on cruising with family this summer. And two adults have birthdays while on board. We are planning on singing/candle in cake during dinner of course. But looking for other fun ways to celebrate. The 'celebration package' seems costly and not worth the money to be honest. A quick trip to party city would be less expensive and more personable decor. So my questions are-- if I bring decorations can I decorate their room? am I allowed to use tape? Also, any other ideas to celebrate on Oasis? thanks!
