Received an email today from RC about a change in itinerary for our Dubai to Rome cruise this March. Surprise, surprise Naples and Rome cancelled., now going to Cyprus and Crete. Can’t say I am overly disappointed about missing out on Italy apart from having to re arrange flights to get back home from Greece now. ??

I also checked availability of suites on Jewel of the Seas only to find there were none available. The following day I received an email regarding Royal Up for all categories of suites. I have entered the auction for two upgrades but will be happy with our Junior Suite if unsuccessful.??

Thanks all. Received email yesterday regarding Royal Up and have now submitted two offers. Looking on the bright side, if we get confined to our stateroom a Grand suite or Owners suite will suit us just fine ??. Sailing on Jewel of the Seas March 23rd Dubai to Civitavecchia Rome.

I have tried to access the Royal Up process but every time I submit my details ie surname and booking reference I am asked to check if my details are correct. Details are correct and cruise is within 30 days. ( stumped )

Due to sail in March from Dubai. Fully paid up, but due to current unrest may cancel trip and take the financial hit, flights, hotels, cruise etc. Think Royal Caribbean should keep clients up to date with regards to current situation, however I do understand that they will try and wait as long as possible before cancelling a cruise.
