I am absolutely sure you are 100% correct on the cost. Likely just a story that they tell people when asked why it isn’t heated but still what we were told about the chilly water temp.

We were there Dec 8 and talked to a very nice gentleman who lives on the island - the pool definitely NOT heated. As mentioned before, it was COLD that weekend and when discussing it with him, he mentioned that the pool was originally supposed to be heated but to make the deadline to get everything open on time, a decision was made to forgo the heaters.

Interesting notes on the water slide - we were on the Navigator recently and they wouldn’t let my husband wear his rx glasses (you know the ones he wears to SEE) not even while climbing the staircase.

Hi. I have had the Bank of America RCL card for about 10 years now. It’s ok, you earn the most points when you use it for Royal expenses, I think it’s two points for every dollar when using it for a Royal purchase/expense and 1 point everywhere else. There are other cards with as good as or better rewards especially on travel purchases. That being said I collect the points and redeem them for on board credit. hope that helps.
