How do we obtain luggage tags for our cruise?

My daughter said friends went on Symphony of the Seas and felt it was crowded much of the time. We are going on her for New Year's cruise. What have others experienced on this ship?

It sounds kind of rude but I read elsewhere that having the key enables one to go to the front of any line for activities. Has anyone heard of this or actually did this without problems?
