I miss the fruity soup appetizers that tasted like a smoothie. I also miss getting the dessert menu AFTER dinner was over. I like ordering later based on how full I am. I miss the teen club cruise compass. It seems like there used to end more late night entertainment. I used to be up until midnight seeing a comedian or late night activity and now I’m content to be asleep by 9:30 knowing I’m not missing anything. The only thing I stayed up late for (besides waiting for my child to come back from teen club) throughout my entire 10 night cruise a few weeks ago was the Quest.

The shipbuilding video is still on Channel 1 or 2.   The videos vary but I saw one with the original ships like Song of Norway and Empress to the latest video for Wonder.
I think it comes on the same channel that the cruise director uses for the morning updates and activities.

Exactly what Matt said.  Odyssey has ladder ball and bean bag toss.....very sad.

But on port days we always ask if they would like anything.  Most politely decline.   Sometimes they will ask and the most frequent request is chocolate/chocolate bars.
Always get a great response when we give them the chocolate!

Just sailed Navigator in February and flew in/out of LAX.  
We walked off the ship at 7:45, in parking lot at 8, waited for UBER about 25 minutes, and were at LAX by 9:00 AM. 
No major issues with ship delays or traffic that day.
10:30 AM is doable, but you might be cutting it close.
 
Does your airline have additional flights in case you arrive late that day?
 
 

We just got off Freedom and my wife and I had a wonderful time. 
We eye witnessed 3 marriage proposals and they were all accepted. Can anyone beat that record on a single cruise?
It was our 1st time with the UDP and that was great, Giovanni's being our favorite. The amount of food was staggering though! The wings at Playmakers were top notch but the loaded nachos not so much.  
PD@CC was as usual a great take. Our 1st time in the "Club" and it was fine but probably a one and done. We also watched the lifeguards save a drowning man's life right next to the swim up bar on South Beach. The life guard was amazing and without his immediate action I don't think the victim would have survived. The free snorkeling was just OK, they need to put in more artificial reef structures to attract and build up a reef. 
We didn't eat in the MDR or Windjammer, so no comment.
The "Battle of the Sexes" and "Crazy Quest" shows were really fun. The Freedom on Ice show was also very enjoyable. 
We thought the ship wasn't too crowded or over run with poorly behaving children as is often posted. 
We tried Bingo another first and it was just too slow. Not our cup of tea. 
The ship was in good condition and the slides and other pool side updates significantly improve the overall experience. 
We have mainly sailed the bigger ships and would gladly go again on the Amped ships in this class.

We just got back from 8 day Southern Caribbean on Odyssey 2 days ago.   It was one of the best cruises we've ever had.
Perhaps the length of the trip reduces the frequency of Royal's schedule, but there seem to be numerous options.

Odyssey sails the Southern Caribbean route out of Port Everglades and it’s arguably one of the best itinerary’s! Aruba and Curaçao are really great spots. I think it’s pretty popular. 

Very excited to sail and explore Odyssey this weekend.  Totally new itinerary and ship for us!!!  After the trip we will be D+.   Have to book something soon just to enjoy the new benefits, right?
We do have Alaska planned in 2 months (on Princess) and a Celebrity partial Panama Canal in 2025.
