  1. I saw it on Explorer in January but wouldn't hold my breath to see it anywhere else!
  2. My check-in time opened about 11:50 pm EST
  3. If you're talking about the Bank of America Royal Caribbean rewards card, you log into your B of A credit card account and look for "Cruise Points" That section will tell you how many points you have, their expiration date and give you an option on redeeming them. I have always used my laptop, not the BOA app, to use the rewards. I just redeemed 15,000 points for OBC last week and was pleasantly surprised to see it already applied to my Nov 2022 cruise
  4. @SolariumSnoozerYou're exactly right! I had forgotten that we had The Key letter waiting for us in our room. I dug it out and it has the 25% off dining purchases on it.
  5. They DID remove those two items from The Key. It wouldn't hurt to call & ask if they can give you OBC since you're not getting exactly what you paid for. Room service is free, except for part of the breakfast menu, but the 25% off dining should be addressed.
  6. You should get an email a few days before your cruise reminding you of The Key benefits, one of which is early boarding. It will tell you when you should arrive.
  7. Do you know if you can apply OBC to one booking from each of those games?
  8. Seriously? I looked today and EVERYTHING was sold out. Even OBC
  9. Thank you! Was beginning to think we had missed something. If they want the names to match, they should include the middle name requirement when setting up the account. Have fun on Freedom. That was our ship until they switched us over to Explorer.
  10. Lol, nope we're on Explorer going to the Southern Caribbean. I'm an Okie living in Houston, hence the y'all. Have a great cruise!
  11. I was simply sharing my experience taking my test this morning. My name on the Navica app didn't have my middle name. The Proctor would not proceed without me changing it to match my passport, which had my middle name. I'm packing for my cruise now. Y'all have a good week.
  12. I changed it on my Navica account. Just added my middle name next to my first name
  13. That's my point. Maybe my proctor was just being picky?
  14. No clue. I was surprised. When setting up my Navica account, it has a line for first name & last name. My passport has my middle name. That was not a match to my proctor.
  15. Sounds like it could be at the port as well. I just know I couldn't get past the gatekeeper proctor to even begin testing this morning until my name on the account matched my passport.
  16. @Curtis KariI'm so sorry and hope your wife is well soon. Not cruise related, but such a huge disappointment when my son posted positive at the airport, after regularly testing negative, and missed a coaching job at the paralympics trials in Norway last week. So tired of covid.
  17. Make sure your name on your Navica account exactly matches your photo ID. It asks for your fist name, but add your middle name on the same line. I had to update my account before they would continue because it didn't match my passport. EX...Mary Jane, not just Mary.
  18. That's not exactly true about CVS. When looking at the test dates you need on the CVS appointment page, click on "show additional dates" They book appointments 13 days in advance.
  19. I received my shipping notice 1/6; I received my order 1/5.
  20. Ordered from Emed: 01/01/2022 Approved 01/01/2022 Shipped: Never updated my account, nor was an email received Received 01/05/2022 Expiration date: 11/21/2022
  21. Welcome! Check-in time is scheduled to begin at midnight Eastern time. We're in Central time, so that would've been 11:00 pm here. I started checking the app about 10:00 and at 10:45 it was available! The app will let you choose an arrival time, upload a selfie (you can skip this and do it at the pier), enter your passport info by simply scanning the barcode, enter your vaccine card (front and back) and other basic info like emergency contact info etc. It's simple. You can enter your husband's info at the same time.
