  1. Thanks for the advice and tips. I’ll update when I get back
  2. My thought is like y’all where I just wait to deal with guest relations in the ship. At that point they aren’t going to resell the room and maybe they won’t care. We aren’t changing the total number of people in each room just switching people around.
  3. Thanks Annette and mworkman. mworkman...did at least 1 person from the original rez stay in the room? Mine is not the case. That’s the issue I’m having with the 1-800 number and my travel agent. They are saying we have to keep 1 person from the original booking in the room otherwise it’s a cancellation
  4. I thought about switch at guest relations. The 2 doubles are supposed to be mine. Me and 1 kid in one room and my wife and another kid in the second adjoining room. The triple had our friends in it but that couples father and soon got booked in the double that my wife and kid should have been in. I don’t mind switching key cars as long as the correct credit card can still be assigned to the key
  5. I have an issue I’d like to see if anyone has had. I have 3 rooms booked on Allure. Two doubles and a triple. It was set up incorrectly and I now need to move the 2 people assigned to one of the doubles into the triple. I’m swapping those with 2 guests in the triple. So I’m not changing the number of total guests in the rooms. Problem is I’m being told that at least 1 person originally on the rez has to stay in the room. Anyone had success with this?
