Stayed in suites on the Mariner - deck 10 and never had a problem with noise from above.  We stay center ship pretty close to the stairs so I can run up to the Windjammer to get my Mimosas to start my day.  Hmm, maybe that's why I never hear anything!  😄

Keep the cabana... I opt instead for another cruise please... LOL!  😱

They are called Baristas - what was his/her/their name and I hope you tipped them!??! 😉 

My advice is - do nothing.  

The charge on my cc went from pending to posted today. 
 
It’s not a big deal to me since I know it will be refunded.  I was just surprised to see it actually posted rather than be allowed by Royal to fall off. 
 
I guess I’m not that knowledgeable about how that stuff works. 

I echo the sentiment here. Prior to our first Quantum class GS, we thought the perks to the smaller ship suites were GREAT. But when you realize how much you're NOT getting it can feel like it's not worth the cost.
Free WiFi would be easy enough to implement fleet wide I think. Also 1 night comped or discounted specialty dining (per room if they wanna get extra cheap) to supplement no coastal kitchen.

We personally will not consider a suite on anything but O or Q class for this reason. We would consider smaller Royal ships if they upped their suite game, but until then we look to other lines. 
I get there are many Loyal to Royal, but I'm guessing there are just as many who aren't and look to fill this Royal void elsewhere. 

I totally agree with you.  There are ways they could standardize the Suite product across the fleet.  Wi-Fi included is a great example.  This would be very easy to implement and cost Royal very little.

I have yet to even get the letter, no less the credit to then have taken away. Getting frustrated because I literally dred having to call them anymore.

I bought it for two cabins....one package for each cabin (two different reservation #s).
Each reservation # now has $50 obc.  The packages show up on my order history, but that will work itself out over time.  The $177.98 still shows as "pending" on my credit card, so it's not really a charge against my limit. 
I'm pleased with the outcome. 

It seems it should have been $50 OBC per package and they did $100 and then took it back. So now they are trying to fix everything. Which as I was typing happened because I got the $50 OBC in all the instances of booking.

update: back to a single $50 OBC on the first sailing and no OBC on the second. 
safe to say they’re still very obviously working thru this. 😂

I'll be satisfied when Royal Caribbean starts doing things right in the first place. I guess I aim high. LOL.

As long as we're refunded, I'll be satisfied. If we get some amount of OBC ($50 or otherwise), then it's even better.
 
For now, I'm just ecstatic that I hopped on this ride!

At this point, I'm halfway waiting for an apology for canceling the previous apology due to staff error with another $50 OBC included which would bring the final OBC total to where it was before it was reversed. Royal really needs to figure out what they're doing and fast. 

Same here... they must have put a pause on the refunds and OBC until they get their act together on this one! LOL! 😂

I saw 100$ OBC earlier and now nothing. Hmmph. Rather they'd just offered me the bottle of Vueve which is the only reason i bought the package in the first place 😁
But i do ❤️ that this will go on for another week and i can continue to check this thread 17x a day. 🥰😍

People keep mentioning this, but I believe that is just the standard language for the 35% Off Cruise Favorites sale - it shows on every page of the Cruise Planner. Its not specific language for this package.

I just purchased it for $88.99 for a FOS 4-night cruise in May, so looks like it’s the same price no matter the cruise length. Seven-nighters are really winning with this deal!
