RC ended up cancelling the Mariner due to Port Canaveral being closed (orginally set to sail Sept 2-Sept 6, revised Sept 4-Sept 6) but provided the option to sail Harmony Sept 5-Sept 8 from Port Canaveral to Nassau with a 2 day FCC or 100% refund with a 2 day FCC.

Youre right, just received an email stating that my flight was cancelled.

Delta has not canceled flight to the Orlando area as of yet.

As of 8 am today the coast guard shut down Port Canaveral.

You should be ok. ID and birth certificate are required to get off the ship at most ports of call.

I also read that the coast guard has shut down port Canaveral. I wonder what will happen to the ships out at sea that have already been extended.I would be ready to get home now. Maybe they will port in Tampa?

I have a curise that was scheduled for Monday Sept. 2 Sept 6 to the Bahamas. That cruise was shortened 2 days. For you cruise experts, is is worth still going on the cruise. I really want to go but not sure if it would be much fun. Has this happened to any of you?
