Only if we get extra protocols imposed on us that we, the vaccinated, don't need.
Protocols like masks designed to keep unvaccinated safe make for a cruise experience I am not interested in.
Here on land masks are only for unvaccinated.  I am good with that.  I can grocery shop, go to a bar, eat dinner out, all unmasked.  
If all those establishments said I had to wear a mask just to keep the unvaccinated safe, I would not be good with that.  
How about if an outbreak occurs and 30 unvaccinated get infected?  Does my cruise come to an end?  If so, I am not good with that.  I would rather see the unvaccinated kept off the ship so my cruise experience isn't potentially ruined by them.  
If the unvaccinated are putting my vacation investment at risk that is not okay. 
On the other hand if the infected get put off the ship somewhere and the party continues, I'm okay with that.  See ya!
 

First time was September of 2002.  It looked nothing like it does now, but I loved every second on that island.  Not surprisingly, it was also the first COCO LOCO I ever drank....

Sailing from offshore ports is a great alternative when the US is closed but the US is their bread and butter.  

I'm not overly concerned about fake vax cards on a cruise ship. And even if there are some, it really doesn't matter if you yourself are vaccinated.

Just like how "hurricane coming to Florida" in the news doesn't mean the entire state is enveloped in a hurricane, Haifa is quite far from the range of the rudimentary rockets Hamas is firing off.

I suspect we'll find many departments within the CDC are isolated and have no awareness what another part of the CDC is doing.  
In this case the Political Directives Division has updated mask guidance while the Cruise Denial Division is still looking to add more protocols.

I think the CDC loses all credibility when they publish such things.  
When I see a crazy person rambling away to no one on a street corner saying nonsensical things I ignore them without a second thought.  That is where the CDC has placed itself.   Crazy people best to be ignored.  

Very intentionally not getting the internet package. In the normal world, I'm pretty much connected and on call 24/7. So one of the best moments of my cruise vacations is turning on that "I am out of the office and will not be checking email" notification. 

As long as there are spending bills to be passed, the longer the pandemic panic will continue. 
Return to cruising signals end of pandemic in some politicians minds.

You're not banned, you're unable to go.  I'm in the same scenario with my kids.
My thoughts are initially, I'm not going to worry too much about any possibility until we see something more firm in terms of a plan.
I also recognize these are extraordinary times, and I really believe protocols for cruises in July 2021 are not necessarily going to be the same as September, November 2021 or into 2022.

I went down that path.  i also looked over the state records of business corporations and found most Royal Caribbean entities are inactive although the corporate group is active.  Do all child corporations under the parent corporation qualify if the parent corporation does?  Each ship is it's own company but none are registered in Florida.  How does that work in terms of being a Florida business entity?  
If a foreign airline picks up passengers in Miami then flies back to South America is that considered doing business in Florida?
I gave up trying to figure it out.  Figure time will tell.  

We had a wild wind storm yesterday and the boat I run was damaged. All last night and today I have been there. Like you said, the grass don't cut itself...
