Spedteach reacted to Hoppy2cruise in Vacation Protection Plan Refund Question
It is my understanding that the answer depends on who canceled the cruise. If we we cancel, we will not receive a Travel Protection Plan refund. If Royal cancels, we will receive a Travel Protection Plan refund.

Sooo, I have been lurking on this site for about a month. We have booked our first (land/sea) cruise ever to ALASKA for next August. As a result of all I have read here I called RC and just saved Almost 400 dollars off the price of our cruise and received an extra $75 in OBC. The customer service people were fantastic!
