Oh perfect so there is still a chance of getting lucky on capitalizing prime for the free cruise certificate! Going to try my luck and see if I can hit prime on my 1st sailing. Do you know the details of the cruise certificate? Any date, cruise ship, length limitations or restrictions? Can the cruise certificate cover for my significant other or is it just me and I have to pay for her? Better yet is the certificate of any usd value to be redeemed?

Thanks Ashley! This definitely burst my bubble in hoping for a free annual cruise permanently hahah now thinking back on it what a absurd dream. Another questions comes up after knowing this: If you have to re-qualify every year what if on your 1st sailing you dont hit prime and that was the only cruise you took that same year. Would they clean off the points earn for that year and you would have to start all over again for the new year when you have to re-qualify again?

WhatsApp is a bit more casual and simple BUT WeChat there is an option for contacting non WeChat user which helps immensely for people who do not want to download or have the app. WeChat extremely similar to WhatsApp provides a lot more features like pre-paying for "international data or something which allows you to use cellular data without having a plan" I've put $10 usd prepaid and it last me my entire vacation when I was in Canada for 5 days.

Looking for data pertaining to Symphony OTS since that will be the ship I'll be sailing on in Jan, 2020. Data gathered so far has been from Allure, Oasis, harmony, and Symphony. I've been researching and asking questions on a few platform from people who have hit prime in the casino during the same cruise trip. Since my very first cruise ever is on Jan, 2020 I wanted to also set a high goal and hit prime during my 1st sailing so I can earn another free sailing for prime members. From what I gathered from tips to hit prime is: ~You need 2,499 points to hit prime. ~Each $5 spent on "slots" earns you 1 point. ~$ spent on tables still a mystery. ~*Most Important: you still earn points from using the winnings or pushes from your original bet* Ideally if I love the entertainment of gambling why not just try and shoot for prime to get free annual cruises? Only question I have that I could not find is when they offer you these free cruises are you require to gamble or can you just hit prime and never gamble again, while reaping the benefits of a free annual cruise? If anyone knows about this question it could be a huge deciding factor for me. Prime members on average have spent between $700 -$2,500usd when they hit prime on the same trip. $700 with one of the prime members was because he stated "he was getting lucky and winning quite a few slot machines and tables and he kept using his winnings to gamble for the points" This was throughout his 5 day trip. The other prime member who spent $2,500 said " he was having mediocre luck but not absolutely worse luck, he still manage to win some big hands/bets" This was throughout his 7 day trip Taking from just first hand experiences on a good trip you can hit prime with $700 or perhaps cheaper if you're luckier! OR on a mediocre trip could cost up to $2,500 or worse if you're unlucky. These annual cruises given so far have been offered for 4 nights & 7 nights annually seems to be well worth the money spent at the casino. Kind of like investing in the long run for consistent permanent annual cruises? Anyone else have any thoughts, tips, or experiences for anything related to hitting Prime Membership?

Is this confirmed that $5 is 1 point on slots? I could not find that information anywhere of their conversion or ratios to how they determine the points to play?

Isn't the ocean at night just pitch black O.O I'm going on my first cruise in Jan, 2020 but from what I can imagine with no light pollution around the ocean would be pitch black at night. Not including the lights that illuminates the surrounding ship for you to see the wave breaks but that's about it no?

I know a lot have suggested the wifi calling through the phone with airplane mode on. I wanted to throw a couple of suggestions to what I do when I travel with only WiFi. Try out WhatsApp and/or WeChat which are both free to set up and you can video call, phone call, text message, location pinging/tracking , and even live stream if the internet can handle it. Both relies on Wifi and no cellular data is required.

Is the spreadsheet categorizing the ship list from smallest to largest? I would find that extremely helpful as well!

Must be nice Symphony OTS for Jan, 2020 is still 65usd/pppd. I think you should add your cruise ship name and sail date so people like me don't get excited haha

If my S/O can not make the agreed sailing date but I've already put the deposit down could I reschedule a different sailing date at no cost? Or if we want to cancel to book a different cruise do we get our deposit back if it is before 120+ days?

What if you paid for you and your significant other? Or if I decide to just solo cruise it? Will I be charged for 2 person or will the adjust the cruise farr to solo? Will I be able to keep my ocean view balcony room for 1 person rate?

I've got so much time to just ponder and think of all scenarios since we have 5 months to go! I've got nothing but the cruise on my mind and wanted everything to go smoothly along with being well prepared since i'm a cruise noobie haha!

My first cruise ever with my girlfriend is not until Jan 2020 which leaves plenty of room for changes within the next 5 months or so. Although we were able to already have our vacation days set for the cruise, many things can unexpectedly happen along the long wait. My question is: If either my girlfriend or I is unable to make it due to emergencies but the other one can still go, how does that work? Could we replace the person unable to attend with a completely different person or switch the names and information after we've checked in? Would there be any fees or charges related to switching/replacing the unattended? I'm hoping RC would have something that allows us to replace a person just in case they were not able to make it. This would be after the online check-in.

All my lady plays is the slot machines and all I play are the tables. Hopefully one of us if not both will start receiving these cruise certificates since we're going to be gambling anyways. Since the threshold/limit is a mystery we're just going to do what we normally do and it'll be a nice surprise if we can hit prime. My gambling budget is entirely dependent on my winnings if any at all haha. Usually my lady will know if it's been a good or bad run based off how early I return to the cabin lol.

Does anyone know the ballpark amount you would have to spend in USD at the casino in order to earn one of those free cruises w/ a OV cabin? We're taking our first cruise in jan, 2020 and I am a avid casino "enthusiast" and if we get free cruises might as well put it to good use.

Only thing that pique my interest on this thread. Is it naughty I'm contemplating on doing that on my first cruise on jan, 2020? ? All I need to plan out is how to get a cabin for the free cruise when I stow away successfully on this ship?

So conflicted am i right? On one hand you get a 2-3 day extension on cruise for free but on the other hand your airplane tickets. I guess one can only weight their options and see if its worth it? The real winners would be the people who lived local to the port, they're having a blast!

That is one beefy tower then lol Majority of structures can not withstand a cat 5 hurricane. Makes sense though since they want the investment to last as long as possible.
