I am looking at the excursion offered by Royal its called, " Coastal cruise to the pitons" has anyone done this before and suggest it ? If not what else should I look into?

I just got the 3 night special dining plan when I cruise on anthem in January 2020! Has anyone had this before if so was it hard to change/book the other 2 dining nights once on board the ship?

Hello, I am leaving on Anthem of the Seas January 5-16 2020. It is going to San Juan, St. Maarten, St. Johns, St. Lucia and St. Kitts. I was looking for any recommendations for all these places, I am going with my boyfriend and we like to be active! ( tours are not really our thing) Any beaches, water sports etc. I have been looking up things about Anthem but any suggestions about dining or activities!
