    We got the blanket on our Alaska cruise. For $25.99 I didn't have much hope for it, but it was actually a really nice thick blanket worth every penny.

    Just off Indy and it was supposed to be Grease in Concert, we got Grease in concert lite.
    Wasn't clearly announced why but heavily hinted at as COVID related. Quote "This afternoon some members of the cast were pronounced as "not fit for duty" so we are unable to perform the show".
    They had some grease cast members perform a handful of songs both from Grease and other songs and then brought back the headliner from the night before to do a few new tricks. Overall it was a fun show but clearly "thrown together on the fly".
    In regards to why "Grease in Concert" talked to a regular Indy cruiser two weekends ago when we were on board and he indicated that they were having trouble getting/keeping enough back of house staff to run the prop changes, lighting, etc. so they were doing the "sit and sing without choreography" to get around that.

    My daughter has found most of the teen events via the app since the restart. If the activities aren’t loaded yet for you, you can check out an earlier itinerary on the same ship to get an idea of what will most likely be offered.
    If you haven’t done this before, go to the person icon at the top of the app and choose “Select a different sailing”. Then scroll down and choose “Get more details on ships we support”. Choose your ship and the current week’s sailing to see everything that’s going on.

    Incorrect.  The fact is, there are only a few moderators, and occasionally we do things like work, family stuff, etc.  Today was one of those days that it just took a little while to get things moderated.

    A simpler explanation...guests #3 and up in a room pay less than guests #1 and #2.  If you are already sailing at less than full capacity, you want everyone to be guests #1 and #2 so you make the most money!

    We’re on Symphony December 18. Someone in our Facebook group heard from someone on board today that they’re expecting 5,800 for our cruise next week. 😬
     
    We’ve been on Harmony at full capacity so we know it will be ok but that was pre-COVID. I just hope Royal makes the necessary adjustments to other areas like entertainment and Adventure Ocean.

    They will do this if you aren't satisfied by the availability of reservations onboard. They do have more availability onboard compared to what they book ahead of time through the Cruise Planner.

    Adventure was mostly amped already.  She was pretty much the start of the amplification movement and the success with her upgrades led to the official amplification program being sold to the board that some other ships received.  In that sense Adventure was the trial amplification.  She received water slides, new venues like Izumi, updates around the ship in other venues, new cabins, new mini golf, suite lounge, etc.  
    She did not get a Playmakers and her pool deck did not get a complete makeover like on Navigator (but neither did Mariner with her amp).  Really it comes down to Playmakers being absent and maybe The Bamboo Room.  Not all ships got those so it's hard to know what Adventure was supposed to get in her "amp".  Some of that was probably marketing so they could officially call her "amped".  
    The point is Adventure has received a number of updates but it wasn't called an amplification at the time.

    Lesson learned, don’t ever assume your stateroom attendant is taking care of it and don’t leave the ship until you’re sure everything is accounted for!

    1) You can ignore the ones send for vaccinated people or are under 2. It's pretty disappointing on RC's part how sloppy they've been with this stuff.
    2) For your kid, once you get that error message, there's a link at the bottom that says "enter request ID." Click on that, manually enter all the info in along with the request ID from the email, and it'll work. Again, really sloppy on RC's part.

    I've never had any issues with the stateroom attendant handling our pool towels.  I let them know we need 2 each day and they keep switching them out.  It sounds like your attendant messed in logging you old ones back in.

    Yes, It took a short wait at guest services to get it taken off.  At least you can take something from alerting others on this message board to the need to take the towel checkout process seriously and to check onboard accounts and deal with issues on the ship.

    I agree completely, I checked that often and it helped catch a discount we didn’t get in one of the stores. Unfortunately towel charges get tacked on after you’re off the ship. It would be nice if they connected that system to the app so you always knew how many towels you had out. Well that and telling the stateroom attendants not to take them during the cruise. ?

    I find the account feature on the app really nice as it post charges quickly. I usually check it every morning while eating breakfast. Mistakes can happen.
