Cafe P has liq for coffees. I had probably 15+ of them hot and cold and frap last week on LOS.
One tips tho, for fraps, ask them to put the liq directly into the cup rather than put it in the blender (most of the time they over blend and some liquor leftover being thrown away).

Was just on LOS last week. If you want Sabor's margaritas, you would need to go dine in.
Kind of one of the reasons why I bought the UDP (unlimited dining pkg).
I went in more than a few times just for a dish or two, and had 2 or 3 or 4 margaritas (and/or tequila shots).

I am a heavy DX pkg drinker..... at least 2  coffees a day (1 or 2 with liquor)..... at least 1 or 2 redbulls..... 1 or 2 wines per meal..... pellegrino everywhere..... powerades and bottled water off the ship.... cocktails at shows.... frozen drinks on deck.....
I wouldn't be able to freely enjoy if I dont get the DX pkg..... but its just me.....
I clocked in like 15+ drinks a day on some days during my last LOS cruise.

Wait for "sale".... you should be able to get it for $40something a night. Pkg for 7 nights cruise should be under $400 (out the door).
Frozen drinks would be around $9 or $10.
Drink of the day is $8.
A lot of drinks are at $12 or $13 (depending on your ship), and thats also the general limit of your deluxe drink pkg.
If you ARE a drinker then I would say drink pkg all the way.....

The specialty restaurants aren't set up for dine and dash.  Most are geared towards a full sit down meal experience that lasts several hours.  Many venues do book up, at least the popular times and days, you are best to make reservations for the week upon boarding then adjust as the cruise proceeds.
There are some venues included in UDP now like Playmakers or Bamboo Room (if the ship has those venues) that have smaller bites where you can do a quicker bite.  Liberty doesn't those venues them yet so your quick bite options will be more limited.
UDP comes with a lot of food.  The lunches on days when available are big lunches.  I found myself adjusting my dinner reservation to later since I was often still full from lunch at 5pm.  I started eating a very light breakfast because three full meals in a day was so much food.
You can't bring any food off the ship while in port.  For venues such as Izumi's the expectation is that you sit down and order food to eat then and there.  For cover charge venues if you are under $35 you are good, if over $35 you pay the difference.  While your cabin might have a beverage cooler it isn't a fridge suitable for storing left over food.
As far as must try experiences, try them all!  Food is personal and what I like will be different compared to what you like.  Try them all and figure out which you desire to return to then adjust reservations as the cruise proceeds.
