We will be going in August. Our plan: my husband is doing the waterpark in the morning and we have also rented a beach bed. He will head to the waterpark first thing. I will leisurely wake up and make my way to the beach bed and enjoy peaceful alone time until he joins me. ? This is a kid free cruise for us.

I am so glad it isn't just me who finds that so confusing. I just booked it. I work full time and have a 9 and 3 year old. My husband will be at the waterpark in the morning. The idea of being by myself on a 'bed' relaxing looking out at the ocean for a small amount of time just seems priceless right now. ?

I just bought it. ? The fact that my husband will be over at the waterpark in the morning sealed it for me. Also this is a trip about relaxation for me so the easier the better.

Hi everyone, my husband and I will be on a kid free cruise on the Harmony the first week of August. My husband has already bought a ticket for the thrill waterpark. Originally I bought one too but realized it just didn't make sense as I don't love waterslides. I was thinking about trying to get a Chill Island Bed Rental. Couple of reasons, main one being I won't have to fight anyone to get a seat and then my husband can find me easily later. Here is my question, is it worth it? ? I cannot tell but are they shaded? Thanks as always.

On the Freedom last August, our tablemates were frequent cruisers with Royal. One person talked about these and requested them for our last night. Honestly, I didn't really get it. ? and i love bread.

Good afternoon, I hope everyone is well. We are going on the Harmony the first week of August. I know that the Premium Drink Package Price fluctuates all of the time. When we booked it was at $61 a day and now at $65. Last year we were able to get $47 on the Freedom. I know that it varies by ship as well. I am just curious by example what is the lowest folks have seen (other than the glitch last year. ? ). Thanks very much.

My husband and I are looking at a a Liberty of Seas cruise out of Galveston at the beginning of August going to Mexico and Roatan. We are thinking about going in a Grand Suite. It mentions that this includes Concierge services. What exactly does this include? Does it include drinks? Any advice at all. Any thoughts on the ship? Thanks everyone.

Good morning everyone, you were all so helpful when we did Freedom last year. My husband and I are now looking at doing Ovation of the Seas in Alaska this August while one child is at camp and the other child is being watched by grandparents. Has anyone done this? Thoughts? I am struggling figuring out on the Royal website the available port excursions for this trip. Thanks in advance.

On Pinel, there is a small beach bar/restaurant. We just rented chairs from them for the day. The lunch wasn't great truthfully. You can explore the island and go to the beaches on the other side. We just relaxed. I will just add that it is a very European style beach as in topless and very small swimsuits. Just putting that out there as either a warning or an encouragement. ? On Curaco, we just got off the boat and walked for a bit. It was a very very hot day (98) and I only lasted about an hour and a half. In Bonaire, my husband and I split up. He did the Scuba diving excursion offered by RCL and loved it. I did the tour called Best of Bonnaire. I enjoyed it. It was a smallish van and a tour of the island. About three hours. Saw lots and lots of flamingos and learned about the salt business on the island. Hope that helps.

I really only liked the Indian items and then I would also make a chili/cheese hot dog sometimes. ? The fried chicken was not very good at all.

Vitamin Water is included. (or was last week on the Freedom). When we would get off at a pot, I would grab a bottle of water and a vitamin water and my husband would grab a bottle of water and a red bull.

We just got back from a wonderful week on the Freedom of the Seas. Since everyone was so helpful here I wanted to just share the two non RCL excursions that we did that were great. On the advice of someone here, we rented kayaks from Caribbean Paddling on St. Maarten and went over to Pinel Island. I highly recommend this. It was great. Just enough work to feel like I did something. We didn't explore Pinel really. Just relaxed. Got chairs and an umbrella from the beach restaurant for $20. It was a lovely day. On Aurba, we did something a bit different. My husband rides a motorcycle and has his license. I am not the type to enjoy being on the back of the bike but...We went on a tour and rented a Harley with Aruba Motorcycles. We had a great time. It was a wonderful way to see the island. Just wanted to share and thanks again.

So we just got off the Fantasy and I was actually really surprised how many thong bottoms I saw. (Didn't bother me but was just surprised).

This became a big issue this morning as we started to pack for our cruise on the Freedom this weekend. My husband really doesn't want to dress up this cruise. He asked if he could wear nice shorts to the MDR (with a polo type shirt). It looks like he can get away with that. For formal nights we will I guess eat at Windjammer but as I told him I am still dressing up. ? I don't get an excuse to wear my fancy dresses and heels very often.
