Does anyone know about ability to drink at 18 if leaving from Spain? I have a friend who wants to take her sister on Wonder of the Seas from Barcelona in June for a graduation present.....

I am trying to rebook our cancelled cruise from March. As of now, looking to go Thanksgiving week 2020. Haven't cruised on Royal in over 10 years.....I'm stuck between Oasis of the Seas or Allure.....There will be 6 of us in 3 ocean view rooms. 3 young adults in early 20's, my husband and myself, as well as my mother in law. Can you tell me your choice between these two and WHY it's your choice...Oasis is Western Caribbean ( Cozumel, Honduras, Costa Maya and Coco Cay). Allure is Eastern ( Nassau, St Thomas, San Juan and Labadee)....I'd like opinions/experiences.... Thanks in advance!!
