I'm sorry! That sounds like what happened to me. Thanks for the reminder that Monday is a holiday. I think I might still order on Monday. I am getting nervous and just want them here!

I just got off the phone with emed. It seems that my order was delayed multiple days and it was longer than my credit card company allows holds. I guess my credit card company (Capital One) wouldn't process the payment so it wont ship. Good thing I called . They cancelled my order and told me to go online and reorder. I am afraid that if I place the order on a Friday again, I will be in the came problem. I am going to reorder on Monday and hope for the best. I still have a little bit of time but starting to cut it close! Hope you can get your order issues resolved!

I'm glad I read this thread! I ordered from emed on 1/7 and it still shows order open and tracking number pending. I see that others have ordered after me or the same day as me and already received theirs. I will be calling them today. We are planning on testing on the 28th with them so hopefully it will ship soon!!

Thank you! I called royal and they were able to make the reservations for me. The woman I spoke to said the same as above. The system isn't set up yet allow under 12, even if vaccinated. She didn't think she would be able to make them but we were both pleasantly surprised that she was!

Hi! We are sailing on Harmony of the Seas on January 30th. We are traveling with our kids who are under the age of 12 but will be fully vaccinated by the time of sailing. I am trying to schedule out My Time Dining reservations but it is not letting me. It is saying that I cannot book reservations for my kids because they are not 12 and above. I thought the requirement was to be fully vaccinated, regardless of age. Does anyone have insight into this? Thank you!

Has anyone recently experienced the day pass at Sonesta Maho Beach resort on St. Maarten? We have it booked for July 4th. The review for people staying at the resort have not been great since reopening but I was wondering how the day pass experience was? Thanks!

Thank you! We also love St. John. We want to be back in time for dinner on the boat so at 12pm arrival is keeping us from going there this time. I have also hear great things about Magen’s bay but have read it’s not great snorkeling. Thanks so much for your response!

Hello fellow cruisers! My family and I are cruising on harmony of the sea on June 30th. This is our first time bringing our kids along (8 and 4 years old). Typically, when in St. Thomas, we head over to St. John and spend the day there. We are scheduled to be in port from 12pm to 8pm which I found odd. Since we are getting there so late, St John really isn’t an option for us, this time. We are looking for a nice beach where my 8 year old and I can enjoy good snorkeling while my 4 year old enjoys time playing on the beach. I worry that by the time we get off the boat, the beaches will be crowded. I have done some searching and it seems like sapphire beach might be nice for us. Any advice you have would be great!
